Dispute Resolution Services
In the event of a problem or a continuing dispute, any of the parties may ask the Commission to facilitate and to advise them about how the dispute might be resolved. Where all parties to the dispute agree, the Commission will provide these services, or assist the parties to obtain outside dispute resolution services where necessary.

If outside services are required, such as an ongoing chair, facilitator or mediator, the parties to the dispute must retain that person themselves and share the cost of such services.

Where all parties agree, the Commission will:

facilitate negotiations or assist the parties to obtain an outside facilitator;
advise the parties how their particular dispute might be resolved;
make information available on various dispute resolution options;
identify when the parties should consider retaining outside dispute resolution services;
maintain an up-to-date list of qualified people who are available to offer dispute resolution services.
