overlapping or shared territory. 6. What is the First Nation's traditional territory in BC? The original comprehensive claim of CSTC accepted by Canada in 1982,
contains 68,000 sq miles (see attached map). Since 1982 nations have separated
from CSTC: Nee Tahi Bhun, Lheit-Lit'en Nation (Fort George Band) and Nado
t'en (Lake Babine Band), Cheslatta Carrier Nation and Tsay Keh Dene (Ingenika).
The territories of these five Nations are no longer part of the CSTC traditional
territory, which is now estimated at approximately 95,000 square kilometres. 7. Is the First Nation mandated by its constituents to submit a Statement
of Intent to negotiate a treaty with Canada and British Columbia under
