2. How is the First Nation established?
The In-SHUCK-ch governing body is the In-SHUCK-ch Council, made up of each band's duly constituted council. With four council members per band, this creates a governing body of twelve.

3. Who are the aboriginal people represented by the First Nation?
The First Nation constituents are members of Samahquam, Skatin and Douglas Indian Bands.

4. How many aboriginal people are represented by the First Nation?
The aboriginal people represented in this statement of intent are all members of the current Indian bands: Samahquam (280 members, 80 on-reserve), Skatin (536 member, 76 on-reserve) and Douglas (207 members, 55 on-reserve). A total of 1023 aboriginal people are represented in this Statement of Intent.
